Control Buildings/E-Houses

Control buildings, also known as e-houses, are metal structures that enclose and protect the critical electrical systems and power distribution equipment that run the substations. ICC has delivered complex control buildings directly from our UL-certified facility to sites throughout the US for over 15 years. The custom-built control buildings are shipped directly to the client’s site and ready to be connected to the substation. The ICC control buildings include transfer switches, backup batteries, supervisory controls, programmable logic controllers, relay meters, and control switches. This delivery is conducted with close collaboration and coordination with the client. Our experts will be on-site to assist with the tie-ins and installation.
